Our signature concierge service gives you the opportunity to schedule a 1 hour meeting with our team. We will answer any questions you have about planning your wedding and provide you with advice needed to help you feel confident in your big day.
SF Foundations Meeting
$425.00
This package includes a one-hour Concierge Meeting, plus:
a Custom Budget (the foundation of your wedding) based on your needs + wants
a Follow-Up Meeting to comprehensively review the budget and guide you toward next steps!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We are available to chat about anything pertaining to your event! During booking you will fill out a questionnaire that is meant to provide us with a scope of your wedding, along with your priorities for our video call. That way we are ready to jump in right at the beginning of our meeting.

After years of planning weddings & events, we’ve learned you can accomplish a lot during an hour meeting. That said, the hour is yours to use however you’d like. We suggest using up the entire hour with any & all questions you have to get the most out of this service!

Concierge meetings are limited to a maximum of two people. We encourage you to bring your partner, or a parent.

The concierge service was designed with accessibility in mind. In order to keep this service affordable for all couples, we only offer this service as a video call. This also allows our team to meet with couples anywhere in the world!

Most couples will find an hour to be sufficient in answering their questions / getting a plan together. However, we do offer follow-up meetings for those who need more in depth consultations. These 30 minute follow-up meetings are only available to those who have completed an initial concierge meeting.

We have each been planning weddings for a minimum of 12 years. We have seen it all when it comes to planning and wedding days! We’ll assign you a member of our team to chat with based on your questionnaire / our availability. You may even get both of us!

Your hour begins at the time it was booked. We will open our video at that time and will end it when the hour is up. If you arrive late it will cut into your time. However, if we are running behind we will make sure you still get your full hour, starting from the moment we join the call.

Yes! However, floorplanning assistance is only available as an add-on to an initial concierge meeting. For $75 we will create two floorplan versions based on your needs & deliver them to you within 1 week of purchase. For this service, you must be able to provide either a venue diagram with measurements, or Tent CAD.

We allow free cancellation or rescheduling up to a week prior to our scheduled meeting. After that you forfeit your entire payment should you choose to cancel.

Yes, of course! Our primary business is wedding planning! Should you wish to hire us for Full Service or Partial Planning after meeting with us, we will apply your full Concierge fee toward your planning deposit. Please fill out our online inquiry form and let us know you completed a concierge meeting with us!
